About Insurance: Insurance that provides out-of-network benefits (Tanya is considered an out-of-network provider) may provide coverage for services. While payment for services rendered is due with each session, Tanya can provide you with a monthly statement (supra bill) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement directly to you. If you intend to use your insurance for therapy and coverage is critically important to you, please confirm your coverage through your insurance company prior to first appointment.
Payment Methods: Cash, check and money order accepted. Major credit cards are accepted with an additional $5.00 processing fee.
Cancellation Policy: Clients that do not show up for a scheduled therapy appointment, without 24 hour advanced notification, will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Long Distance FaceTime Clients: Payment must be paid in advance through this website before each session.
